Terms of Use

These terms apply when you visit V2RayKit, read configuration guides, or use links to download clients. Read them before using the content, and consider the scope of any actions under applicable law.

1. About This Site and Scope

This site provides download links for V2Ray ecosystem clients, explanations of configuration fields and terminology, and how-to guides for educational and technical reference only. It is an independent resource site, not affiliated with Project V, V2Fly, Xray, or any client project. It does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network access services.

Instructions, fields, and examples in the guides are based on the client and core described. Interfaces, defaults, and supported features may vary by version. Configuration snippets explain specific components and are not complete, ready-to-deploy setups. Check your environment and back up existing settings before use.

2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those applicable to your activities, as well as the rules of your organization, network operator, and service providers. Do not use this site or related software for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, data theft, infringement of others’ rights, or disruption of network operations.

Make sure you have legal authority over the devices, accounts, and data you use. You are responsible for managing subscription URLs, access credentials, and configuration files. Before sharing screenshots, logs, or configs, remove personal information and anything that could grant access. Never submit real credentials to this site or other public channels.

3. Third-Party Software and Liability

v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, and related cores are provided by their respective open-source projects. Those projects control their features, release schedules, and software behavior. Download links and information on this site are not a guarantee of ongoing maintenance, compatibility with specific features, or any particular outcome.

Network conditions, system permissions, device status, and configuration differences can all affect how software runs. We do not guarantee that the guides will be accurate or applicable to every version and environment, or that download links and third-party software will remain available. Evaluate configuration changes in an environment you can recover, and avoid overwriting important settings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, or other damages caused by third-party software, misunderstandings of the content, configuration changes, or service interruptions. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so, or affect rights you have under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Attribution

Software code, names, logos, and related materials belonging to open-source projects remain the property of their respective owners. Use, modification, and distribution of software are subject to the open-source license included with the relevant version. Our descriptions do not replace those licenses or grant rights beyond their terms.

Original explanations and editorial arrangements on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, credit the source and preserve necessary context. Do not remove attribution or present these explanations as official project statements. Third-party materials may have separate licensing terms; do not assume content can be freely redistributed when its license is unclear.

5. Changes to These Terms and Questions

We may revise these terms when the site’s content, features, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the updated month shown at the top will be changed accordingly. Revised terms apply to use after publication, unless applicable law sets different notice or effective-date requirements.

If you do not accept the updated terms, stop using the relevant content and links. For help with settings and common issues, see the user guide. For information about liability limits, also read the disclaimer. Tutorials and troubleshooting advice are general technical references, not professional advice for your specific situation.
